Probationary Apprentice
A Probationary Apprentice (often called a probbie) is what one becomes when you join the craft. A short time in which a person can decide if s/he really wants to stay, or rather go. The only major difference between an Apprentice and a Probationary Apprentice is that the Probationary Apprentice needs to take an OOC RP class, before s/he can attend regular classes. You can still attend classes as a Probationary Apprentice, if you OOCly ask the teacher permission before you join.
All the Probationary Apprentices live in one of the Apprentice Quarters in the StarCraft hall in Gar. They cannot be posted elsewhere.

Apprentice
An Apprentice(Often called Appy) is a member of the Starcraft, who devotes his/her time to studying the stars, attending classes, and ofcourse do chores around the hall. They promote by following the classes and other requirments listed below.
All the Apprentices live in one of the Apprentice Quarters in the StarCraft hall in Gar. They can be posted with their mentor, if they have on, and wish to join him/her to his/her posting. If you wish to be posted, you need permission from your mentor, and the OOC CM, by sending mail to *stf.
*A note on Apprentice relationships*
This is a small, rather cozy craft, and we very much hope everyone will, to some extent, get along, or at least become used to each other enough to function as well as, say, siblings would! Like any group of mostly teenagers that spend all their time together, especially at night, relationships are likely to develop. It's the way it goes. But know, that /officially/, apprentices aren't supposed to have them. So even though you can cuddle a bit, flirt lots, and not get punished for it, you ca n/not/ get handfasted or pregnant. These are /bad/ things. Enjoy RPing apprenticeship while you can, and save the rest of it for after your character joins the working world.
