Journeymen
A Journeyman (often called Jman) is a member of the Starcraft, who devotes his/her time either to teaching the (Senior) Apprentices in the StarCraft Hall, or by journeying to other Holds/Halls/Weyrs, and get posted there. They also have the option to take on mentees, bring them along on their trips, and guide these mentees on their career in the StarCraft.
A Journeyman lives in his/her private room in the StarCraft Hall in Gar, if they stay in the Hall, or they can arrange living quarters in the Hold/Hall/Weyr with the local leaders. If they wish to travel, they can do so with permission of the CM. To be posted somewhere, they need permission from the CM, and of the leadership of their wanted post. If they wish to take on a mentee, they can do so, but should inform the CM of this. Journeymen are allowed to get pregnant or handfasted.

Masters
A Master is the highest rank in the StarCraft, and cannot be attained by just any person. It requires complete and total devotion to one's work in the craft. Masters are asked to live in the hall, but aren't forbidden to leave, to be posted elsewhere. They are the main teachers of the craft, teaching to both Apprentices and Journeymen, if needed. They, just like Journeymen, are allowed to get handfasted or pregnant, can journey with permission, take on mentees, and get posted elsewhere. A Master lives in his/her private room in the StarCraft Hall in Gar, if they stay in the Hall, or they can arrange living quarters in the Hold/Hall/Weyr with the local leaders when posted.
